My Weight Loss Journey/Journal

I started being active and dieting about a year ago or so and had finally reached my second to last GW until I went on vacation and started college. Before the journey, I never liked my body I always felt "fat" (I was about 150 or I wore a size 7) and I wanted to do something to change that, so I started dieting and exercising until finally around the summer of last year I became a size 3 (or 110) but then I went on vacation and started college and gained all of that back (I am now 140). This wasn't too long ago and I don't know how I could have possibly gone from that to this in so little time (but I guess things happen), I still have all my size 3 jeans and XS shirts that I can't dare wear out and I refuse to buy bigger clothing so I am just sucking it up now with little clothing and rolls that hang around me. BUT MARK MY WORDS THAT I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT and reach my goal of fitting into a size 1 or 3 jean. I don't really go by my weight because I know that muscle is denser than fat and as long as i feel comfortable, have a flat tummy, thin thighs and feel great I will stop there and for me that is a size 1 or maybe 3.
